I've been keeping this in my day hiking pack so that my kiddo and I always have a clean spot to sit and have lunch. It's lightweight and folds up nice and small. I like that the bag has the carabiner so I can hook it to the outside of tge pack if I want. The dirt/pine needles/sticks shake right off of it.

I think I've bought 2 or 3 of this picnic blanket. It's small and lightweight so it's easy for me to keep in my backpack. You never know when you might want to sit in the park on a beautiful sunny day. Easy to fold and easy to clean. Love it.

Handy for travel. I throw this in my diaper bag and it’s been great when I need a place for my kids to sit. Perfect for airport travel! Lightweight and folds up really small. It is thin so if you’re outside without it staked down it will blow up, but that hasn’t been an issue for us.

This one is indeed more like a tiny tarp. i can see how you would use it as a shelter! My previous festival/beach/ whatever ground cover was a nylon fabric . It was no help in a surprise rain!just what i needed!
