Bought these lights 3.5 years ago. Still going strong and have just purchased a second set for elsewhere. Highly recommend! Great quality, great value for money and the remote controlled timer is so handy. Lovely levels of light.

I’m so pleased with these lights. They are well made and perfect for what I wanted them for. My little deer “Willow” is now perfectly dressed and ready for Christmas.

these are so so so worth it. i love them. i love the warm tone, so many modes to choose from. very long also. no electrical fault. good quality. comes with remote. i used command hooks to hang them up. maybe blu tak can work too. 100% worth it for your money. picture doesn’t do it any justice

I wanted these lights to go on the picture rail and they look really nice, plenty long enough too, good price and I would recommend them if you need this length, the power lead is a good length also so I’m really happy with this purchase

These lights have 8 different settings. They are sturdy and good quality. They have been strung up in a bedroom and go twice around the room. Absolutely chuffed with them. The remote is a brilliant touch so you don't have to get out of bed to switch them off.

Put them up today, 3 hours later they no longer work! Can't contact, all amazon ai assistant says is return for refund as an option.. but I have wound these around the garden I will have to cut them down! So no I want a refund! I can't return, this is awful 3 hours and no way to contact anyone!

Bought to add some light to a fake plant in the living room. We opted for warm white to ensure it wasn’t too bright and it just gives a lovely light in the corner. The lights came on a plastic reel which made twisting around the trunk easy, the wire also ensured the lights stayed in place on the thinner branches. We just have the lights set to static but they can be changed using the remote control with ease. The lights turn on and off as expected. The plug itself is quite long and due to having the sockets behind our chair, we did purchase an extension socket to change the direction the plug sticks out (see photo). Have bought another set of these lights in warm white, to add to a garland I am making this year for the fireplace. Cannot wait to have this up and light.

Came with commendably little packaging, mostly recyclable. The leds are on a copper wire, in line with them like a necklace. It's wound round a small cardboard spindle. If you want to install the loose end of the string lights first then it should be OK to unwind it off the spindle as you put the string lights up. I wanted to put the plug end of the string in the right place first, to be near the electric socket, so had to unwind the whole string off the cardboard spindle before trying to place the plug end of the string where I wanted it. It is difficult to lay out and stop knots and kinks forming, and feels fragile. It tends to curl up in many places, causing twists upon itself, due to having being wound on a spindle beforehand. It took me a long time to get the lights up. I also need to put a clip on the loose end of the string to keep it where it should remain. Otherwise the recoil in the string tends to pull it backwards so it's lying with some curls in the string. This has been the case even a few days after I installed it and left it to settle. I wanted to use this as general background lighting in a conservatory - I've used fairy lights for this before and it was fine. With these lights, they are not very bright (even at maximum brightness) - much less than the old fairy lights were. For me they provide a soft glow in the room, not enough to read by (or to have friends and chat) but it provides atmosphere. If these lights were used to light up a Christmas tree or similar, they'd probably look OK. The remote control works fine though, for my purpose of general room lighting, if the dimmer control was on the transformer plug, that would have been OK too. Of note, there was nothing in the instructions on use of the remote control, I got this from the Amazon page for this item. However the remote is fairly straightforward to use and you can work out what the different number buttons do just by trying them. It's good that when you set the lights on the timer, a green led lights up in the transformer plug to let you know that you're on the timer.
