Highly recommend
I have been using this product for about a week. From the first day I took it, I noticed that it took away my cravings and hunger. I sat at a restaurant, ordered food and couldn’t eat it. It does not cause jitters, nervousness, or anything strange. One pill a day taken with food is all that is needed. I prefer to take mine around 3:30 pm so that I can skip dinner and begin my intermittent fasting. After 7 days of use, I have not had any side effects and I am extremely happy that this product has helped me curb my appetite. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a natural alternative. Thank you! Update: weighted myself today (day 8) lost 4 lbs. please note I have also been working out and intermittent fasting. It works with patience
I just started my 3rd bottle. I started taking it religiously about a month ago and it's finally kicked in. My appetite has diminished greatly (I had a lot of "food noise" in my head). Yes, you still need to be aware of what you are putting in your mouth. This has been a great alternative to the injectables and definitely less costly.

It doesn't help weight or hunger so far, but I do feel a bit of good energy like a cup of coffee with the jitters...

I wish this would have worked. But I saw no difference when I took them. Does not control appetite.

Capsules are easy to swallow with no taste. Excellent product for the money and I did see an eon trade in my energy level. I would highly recommend this product!

Unsatisfied customer
I don’t have a problem with the item itself. However the condition in which it was received is not satisfactory. The outside box was halfway open and the box the pills were in was opened and did not have any packing in it as if there were 2 bottles in there and one removed.
