Pros/Cons: I like this NO SALT added canned tomatoes as all salt causes me to bloat horribly. I kid you not, like my skin feels 3 sizes too small. There's way too much salt and sugars in processed foods. I love a rich tomato based sauce that I can add an array of herbs and spices to create a multicultural variety of dishes from scratch. Only way to know for sure is to read the labels so you have some idea of how much is in each serving versus the entire can. Love companies that label properly what allergens are included also. Some reviews mentioned dented cans, and my experience is that hasn't happened yet. I just tried one can so far, but another is on the way. Good Value and easy to use for me.

Muir Glen is my choice for quality, no additives. Not overly salty. Add it to chili, spaghetti and taco meat.

These have a nice amount of spice without being too hot. Add onion, garlic, lime and cilantro and a quick few turns in a blender for tasty salsa. They are also great for white bean soup with some zip.

I am Italian by my Mother's heritage and know how to prepare and cook great Italian foods. This Muir Glen Organic Diced Fire Roasted Canned Tomatoes will make my favorite Christmas dish, mixes sweet and hot Italian Saugeges, grilled until cooked, mixes with tomato paste, and do no add the freshely chooped garlic until the end of the cooking, or you will lose most of the fantistic, and healthy, garlic flavor, I also add a cup of Italian Wine, and Italizan Spices, mostly oregano, dill, about 1 tablespoon of Kosher Salt (no irom added) and others, and simmer things for two to three house slowly to make the perfect Christmas Meal I share with my gay partner and all of our friends.
