As a healthcare worker who wears disposable masks at work, these are a great remedy to having sore ears. You can pull the straps tight have the face mask straps still go around your ears which still put friction on the top of the ears or pull the straps tight and have the facemask straps go straight back around your cheeks. Glad they come with more than one as they are easy to misplace. Highly recommended!

It’s easier to misplace the extra ones than to actually use them and it’s very easy to use them. I think the most difficult effort was attaching the metal clasps to the masks loops as the clasps are very strong. It isn’t difficult to wear, place mask on fast and pull lanyard over your head. The mask loops will stretch so it will be snug on your face. Don’t put the lanyard at the back of your head around the equator of your head, it’s better to put is towards the top quarter of your head in the back so the lanyard and mask loops are above the ears. If it’s too loose, don’t adjust it while wearing it, take it off and move the tightener so hair doesn’t get caught. For those complainers about the tightener falling off the lanyard, I’m not sure why you would need to move it that far to use or adjust. I have around 10 inches of the lanyard loop, so it’s more than large enough for anyone to wear. If you broke/crushed the tightener, then someone stepped on it because the tightener can’t be crushed by your fingers under normal circumstances

This product can be used to secure the mask instead of securing it behind the ears. It can also be used to keep the mask around the neck if you take off the mask but don't want to forget where you left it. I find it very useful.

The lanyards are a must-have for masks. They clip to the elastic ear loops and the length is adjustable. Never search for your mask in your pocket or purse again. The lanyard is not in the way when wearing a mask and is light, comfortable snd secure. It is a perfect solution for the older child in school to the elderly. It is a good value with the number of lanyards, I have my clean mask attached and ready to head out the door in the morning. There is less touching and handling of the mask itself

Used this attached to my mask for almost 10 hours while traveling. It's definitely a godsend. No ear irritation. My hair is kind of in the way but the string is wrapped in the back of my head over my hair. I had no issues with it staying in place but if you have less hair or straight hair it could be less successful. The tightener will fall off if you push it too far but it's fairly easy to put it on again

These work as anticipated and are sturdy and should last a long time. A bit longer than expected, but will work just fine.
