Once a day is my favorite kind of supplement.
Love the once a day only dose, but is a little large to swallow. Just follow with copious amounts of water to get it down.

Highly recommended
Would recommend taking this separately from other supplements ( get more thorough distribution). Feeling difference after 1 week.. it didn't hurt that it was on sale too.

Seldom does a product live up to its hype. This one does.
I have been taking this for a couple of years upon the recommendation of an Ortho who drained a small cyst on one of my knuckles. I'm only 53 and originally scoffed at the idea of needing a joint supplement. Well, happy to report I've seen the light! I had been experiencing persistent shoulder pain and after a couple of weeks, noticed the pain fading and then . . . gone. Pretty impressive really. After several months of PT (unsuccessful) this stuff delivered the goods. Yes, the pills are large, but worth the trade off of only taking it once a day (in my opinion). I highly recommend taking with a little food (I use apple sauce) to head off any issues of stomach upset. Overall, an excellent product that delivers on its promises. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍🏼
