Idk why it has such a bad rating here. Its been 5 days since i am using this device and its been very good soo far. Yes, the pricing is a bit on higher side but it is expected because of the brand hp and the quality. Its a very good laptop if you get a good exchange deal go for it. Screen is good, keypad is good with back lighting, its is a the most slim laptop at this price range, Graphics card was not too much to ask for at this price range hp should have given it thats a bummer, but personally i don't care about the card. Good laptop go for it.

I don’t get more than three hours on 100% charge when I am working - that means internet and other WiFi devices like headset are connected, there is an external monitor which I connect via hdmi. The External monitor has its own power supply but I haven’t tested if laptop battery will last longer without the hdmi cable to that monitor. Anyways that battery is the worst part and others things seem to be good.It has 2 USB ports to help me connect two hard drives, there is built in hdmi and card reader to read my SD cards. So it is far more practical than my MacBook which has none of these ports - big plus for me.It is light weight, sleek and very fast. Which is good. The screen is bright and colors look nice. The backlit keyboard is nice.I am yet to install heavy editing softwares so far I have only used it only for work on VM so haven’t really tested the processor. It does get ready to work very fast, in like 10 seconds or less.

Laptop is really very cute in looks department. On the working front, it is very smooth, no lags & all websites & pages open in a fraction of seconds.My only complain is that I got this laptop from kida retail in the amount which is 1510/- rupees higher than what was printed on the carton. And that too during sale period. 😟That was heartbreaking to find.Overall I am elated to get this laptop with all the features I ticked. Two levels of brightness of the back-lit keyboard is very good & silver colour looks uber classy.🙏

I have been using this for over a week now. Got it for 57K. Delivery was as promised. It is sleek and light weight. It boots up in < 5 secs. Screen is really good. Battery life is good - > 6 hrs back up for light browsing. Overall I would say its a good buy for regular home use at this price point.

HP 14s dr1009tu Laptop has 14 Inch FHD (1920x1080) IPS display but it has a heavy yellow tint and warmer tones. I tried to adjust the Brightness/Contrast, turned off night light setting but it did not help. Reducing the Green and Red in RGB settings did not help much. I have kept my other 4 year old laptop side by side for the comparison. I was really excited to receive my brand new laptop but it made me disappointed to see a dull, yellowish display as soon as I switched-on the laptop.May be I have received a faulty piece - I have raised a service request now with Amazon. I will update further once I get a feedback from the technician. Fingers crossed :(Update (12 November 2020) :I returned the laptop and got my refund. 5/5 stars for Amazon's prompt response. Thank you Amazon!

This laptop is extremely fast due to its 10th gen i5 processor and SSD. My son has been using this for online classes and light gaming for almost 1 year. No complaints so far.

Have been using this product for a couple of months now. My initial thoughts:1. Performance is good, especially a super fast boot up. Super crisp display.2. Build is very average - mostly plastic which easily dents (which also raises doubts as to its durability). For the price point, one would expect a sturdier build.3. An important point to note - the battery life is very disappointing. In no circumstance will it last more than 3-4 hours on a single charge.

This machine is very light and handy. Battery life is decent. This is slim yet Powerful. Boot time is very less, screen display fantastic.
