I have been a fan of MiraLAX for ages. I like the fact that it mixes with just about anything I want to drink, imparts no change in taste or appearance in what I'm mixing it with, and is gentle but effective and very reliable in providing results. These individual packets are very convenient to take with me when I'm away from home. The expiration date on the MiraLAX I received is 10-24, which gives me plenty of time to use it. There is a very high price to pay for the convenience of these smaller packets, though. The cost of these five boxes, 50 doses total, is more than four times the cost of a larger bottle containing 45 doses. Ouch! When these expire, I can see buying a single box of these packets specifically for use when I travel, but because they are so very expensive compared to the large-dose bottle, I'll continue using the regular bottle of MiraLAX at home. I am dropping these to 4 stars because of the insanely high price.

As the temple that my body is (sarcasm) gets older, I find that the foundation and walls are still pretty solid, but the plumbing doesn’t work as well as it used to. I use MiraLAX from a bigger container when I am home, but never bothered to take it with me when I travel because it’s hard to find small containers and then to explain to TSA what the little baggie of white powder in your luggage is. I actually never really thought about getting these travel packs. These are great. I can tuck a few in my bag. Put one in my pocket as I go down to breakfast in the hotel lobby. I can discretely mix it in just about anything, anywhere. I get the same results with this as I do with my bigger bottle at home. If you travel a lot and need to keep things moving, these are a great option.

This MiraLAX Laxative Powder came in five boxes with each box containing ten packets, each packet is a recommended dose. I don't often need miralax but like to keep it around to have if needed. I like these packets much better than a bottle. Miralax is gives good relief to constipation and I know people who take it daily per doctor orders. I like that it has no taste and can be mixed with another liquid. It has always been effective for me when I need it and it doesn't cause me any cramping or stomach upset.

I've been using Miralax for the last several months when I have trouble with regularity. It is an "osmotic" laxative which means it does not cause dependence so I can take it whenever needed. It generally takes 24 to 48 hours for me but I know it is faster for others. I guess it depends on one's particular digestive system. These packs are very convenient. They are premeasured so I don't have to measure. I checked with a kitchen scale that I know is accurate and each pack delivers 17 grams within a few tenths which is the correct dosage. And they are portable, so as long as I can get 4 to 8 ounces of liquid and a stirrer, I'm good. You get 5 boxes of ten for a total of 50. Hint: Stir until you can no longer see it. That means it is completely dissolved which is what you want.

This is a nice easy to use version of this helpful medicine. It is great that these are packaged in individual serving sizes, avoiding the need to measure each time, although on the other hand, it is easy enough to measure the 17 g dosage, as the top of the larger bottle does have a line that you fill it up to to measure the 17 g. This is also much more portable, if you are taking it with you, rather than taking the whole bottle, you can just take the number of dosages that you need. It dissolves readily in any drink, and is very effective. This is a medicine we have used periodically over the years, and we continue to like this product. This is a more expensive version, but that added cost is for the convenience of the pre-measured dosages.

Miralax is my go-to for constipation issues, and these packets are way easier to deal with vs. the big jug you have to measure out yourself. Easy to pack as well (and poor diet/schedule when traveling almost always get me digestion problems). Also a must when I'm taking certain prescription meds that have a tendency to constipate. One packet a day for 7 days is recommended, so each box has a "course" plus a few extras. 50 total is thus 7 "courses" and the expiration on my boxes is 2 years out, all good.
