I could not love this stuff more!!! I have been looking for a great cold coffee or coffee concentrate that I could use at home to make lattes that had flavor but weren’t sweetened and didn’t contain fake sugars or other unpleasant ingredients. This coffee finally fits everything. Yes it’s pricey, but it’s super high quality. It’s strong, smooth, flavorful, no dairy, all organic ingredients for the flavor, no sugar. Makes an incredible latte!!

I always make sure I have this coffee stocked. It’s a staple. I’m the type that can’t drink coffee black, bur this coffee is the exception.

Absolutely delicious. The mocha flavor shines. I dont even put sugar in because it is so balanced and smooth right from the tap. Perfect!

I wanted to be apart of the TikTok hype but it was not that good, the Cold brew I made at home tasted better than this. I usually add organic maple syrup to my coffee but I needed the double dose for this, bitter with a taste of heart burn on the side. Not bad, just not the best for the price. And also it was tiny for the cost I expected way more. Overall okay though solid 3.5/5 stars.

Great coffee. Storage was very compact for my refrigerator. I’m a decaf drinker and this coffee met all my expectations. The strength and smoothness is excellent.

I've bought this 4 times. First carton, awesome. Second carton, absolutely disgusting. So so bitter and burnt tasting! Third, pretty good. Fourth, bitter and gross again! Can't stand buying something that's a gamble to know if it's going to be good or not.

We love the coffee but our shipment of three boxes arrives damaged every month. Typically I can duct-tape the dispenser box together and make it useable. However, my December shipment was not only damaged dispenser boxes but one unit was spoiled -absolutely undrinkable. It was sour and emitted an odor. I cancelled my subscription but I am still out the cost of one unit as it is not able to be returned. This coffee is a very good product and it is expensive. But there is no way for me to receive a refund for the spoiled unit or to ask for more careful packing of the product. (More often than not the 3 boxes are loaded into one shipping box, along with other small items. The small items are smashed as well.)
