The product was so easy to use and carried out the work to an excellent standard

It might be me who`s pushing too much but that blade should be a little harder to bend ... Otherwise a good tool, sharp enough to do the job and scrape the grout to make space for the new one, comfortable to hold and with an ergonomic handle.

First time removing a tile, and after weighing up all the expensive alternatives, this cheap little product ended up being just what I needed. Cheap and does what its supposed too, even tough plastic, it was sturdy enough to do what I needed, which was to remove a couple of tiles.

was ok i dare say it is fine for small grouting tiles. i do a lot of do it yourself stuff.but have to say it needs a bit of pressure and strength behind it. so felt i did ok. but definitely for small amounts

Did a good job to get the grout out my floor tiles to repair a clicking floor . Good value product

I just can't be bothered using this item but it feels quite heavy, solidly made and if I could be bothered I'm confident they would work splendidly. I may update if I ever get round to the job and remember where I've put them.

This is my first time trying to replace some old grout in the bathroom, so was a little apprehensive. It took a bit of work to get started, and you need to be careful with not letting it catch the tiles, but it was quite an easy learning curve for me.It comes suitability packaged, and with 3 replacements. For the price, I'm glad I took the risk!

We had cracked two floor tiles and were struggling to remove them . This tool was great , helped to remove the grout in between .Good value for money . Sturdy little tool
