Don't usually write reviews unless I'm super disappointed or super satisfied and in this instance is the latter. Ordered yesterday for delivery before 1pm and it arrived at 9am. I've been partially deaf for two weeks. Went to see a pharmacy assistant where they offer the microsuction earwax removal and she said come back in 2 weeks as the wax was too close to the eardrum and I had to soften it first plus it would cost me £25 per ear and £5 consultation (already paid) The thought of another 2 weeks was unbearable so Ordered this and so glad I did! Took about half hour to clear both ears, changing the nozzles and positioning but it worked!! I leaned over the sink as it was easier than the ear bath. So easy, cheap and effective. Saved myself time, money and the feeling of being uncomfortably blocked. Only wish I had discovered this sooner. Brilliant, I so relieved and happy . Advice, Luke warm water, don't bother with the ear bath and persevere, just as you think it's not going to work , it does . I had softened the wax with olive oil for 3 days, 3 times per day prior . Will use it to clean my ears in the future instead of cotton buds which caused my problem in the first place.

I was very sceptical initially about this type of product, however having a big pressure buildup and heavy loss of hearing in one ear; local doctors not offering any service to support; And private ear syringing been quite expensive, I read a lot of reviews of a few different models and decided to give this a go. I cannot understate how efficient, simple, and pain-free this amazing little piece of kit is. The pressure buildup in my ear had become very uncomfortable, and the hearing loss had become a little worrying. We set this thing up, which took all of a few seconds, and with nothing more the simple lukewarm water being added to the bottle we followed the instructions and began to wash out my ear canal. Within seconds the pressure in my ear released, and you would not believe what came out my ear unless you saw it! This thing very gently and completely pain-free flushed out Insane lumps of wax buildup that I cannot believe we’re in my ear. My hearing return instantly and for such a simple thing, performed a really impressive job but I don’t know how else would’ve been achieved. To be completely transparent, I will add that I had been using the off-the-shelf wax softening drops for a few days prior to doing this, which probably helped with the removal, that being said For anyone who is having any difficulty with stubborn wax buildup this thing is fantastic and is now something I will use more frequently as a preventative measure. I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic piece of kit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I think it's overpriced and the plastic bottle could be of higher quality. If it had included the ear wax softener and the solution you mix in the water at this price point I would have given it 5 stars. To be fair this particular product from this company came with more accessories than most of the others at the same price. That said, this thing works wonders!! Removed a small ball of hard wax from both ears and actually improved my hearing. Bear in mind I clean my ears at least 3-4 times a week and only bought this product because of recent issues with my left ear. Left ear felt 'popped' all the time. After using this that issue is gone. How I used it. I used the ear wax softener/remover drops and let them sit in the ear for 15 minutes. After that I used the bottle with the flexible ear attachment filled with warm water. I sprayed it in quite fast and moved the ear piece about a bit until all the water was gone. I did this twice on both ears but the wax ball came out during the first spraying on both ears. I was honestly think this is the only way to truly clean your ears at home. I've used buds and wax remover all my life and never had these results.

Once we had used oil for a couple of days this worked fantastically, cleared ears and hubby could hear again. Would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic product. My right ear had been completely blocked for 4 days and my left ear was partially blocked . I had been using Olive oil drops and Otex drops, but they didn’t have any effect. I tried my doctors surgery but they just told me to go to Specsavers who now unblock ears but charge £60! So I bought this Medi Grade Earwax removal kit and gave it a go. I first tried the flexible tube attachment which dislodged some small bits of wax, but then tried the larger solid tube attachment and wow that removed some very large earwax which must have been in my ears for ages. After doing it for about 3-4 minutes my ears were completely clear again. It’s very easy to use and for the price it’s excellent value for money. Wish I had bought one years ago.

Amazing, did the job of cleaning, there was a little bit of a leak when pumping the water into ear but nothing major. There wasnt any pain and the suction and pressure was great. Perfect fitting too

Bought this as I couldn't justify £100 to get someone else to do this job. Took maybe 3 or 4, 2 minute sessions without using the Olive oil (I didn't want to wait a week for was to soften) it too me a few sessions over 2 days. You do end up really disoriented when you do this. Tried to get warm water but it always felt cold. Just make sure you're not miles away from a seat or have someone on standby to help you. You'll probably be fine as long as you know youre going to be disoriented. What came out when the wax released was shocking. But I've saved myself £80 to get someone else to do it and have this kit for when it happens again. All items easy to clean. Great item.

Brilliant..tried 3 different products from the chemist and not a thing helped and after 1st few sprays from the water bottle and hot water the blockage was sorted no pain what so ever
