Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Biscuit & Baking Mix, 24oz (Pack of 1) - Kosher

I discovered this mix is wonderful for making gluten free dumplings. Chicken and dumplings - one food my GF husband hasn't had in a long time and he is really happy to be eating it again. I want to try to make dumplings in fruit and see how that works. I have not actual made biscuits with it.

You just cannot go wrong with anything from Bobs Red Mill. They have such a meticulous factory that ensures that there is no cross contamination. I’m lucky enough to live close enough that I have toured the factory. Give it a try and you’ll be a Bob's fan too.

I’ve tried quite a few flours and this product mimics traditional baking flour very well

First time making biscuits in years and years and I definitely over worked the dough, but they still came out okay. I’m sure if I knead and pat out the dough correctly next time, they’ll be great.Side note, the leftover biscuits were turned into an excellent bread pudding a few days later.

I subbed gluten free all purpose flour with this in a recipe for peach cobbler that I was linked to from the Bob’s website. It was such a hit. I really love all things Bob’s Redmill. ;)

Every year I make biscuits and gravy for my family on Christmas. This year I had to change it up for my daughter with Celiac. So I did my very best! I must say, I’m quite impressed with the fluff and how they turned out. This is as good as it’s going to get and she was so happy she screamed!!!

I like most of Bob's products but I find that this is a little dry and thick.
