Q: I have a problem when i'm super nervous around new people or at a big event, i sweat like crazy. it's really bad nervous sweating. will this help?

I would say definitely give it a go! Before I used many different deodorants and antiperspirants to help with my sweating for events (or even just a regular day) but this has helped so much (and doesn't burn like the other ones)

Q: Does product come in a solid stick like most underarm deodorants?

No. It appears to be a gel that dispenses through holes in the top of the container. However, nothing came out of my bottle but it seemed to be a gel.

Q: The directions say to use every morning and night so do I have to only use this deodorant?

I only use the Carpe Underarm Antiperspirant & Deodorant once in the morning after I take a shower & it keeps me fresh & dry all day. I don't need it at night as I do not sweat as much. My other roll on & spray deodorants are used as an in between filler to extend the life of the Carpe, since it is expensive, but worth the price!
