We travel fulltime in an RV with 3 little kids so we drive A LOT. 2 kids are in backless boosters and these are awesome for car naps and to cut down on backseat fighting. We keep them in the up postion until someone gets drowsy. They pull one or both down easily by themselves and can take a nice neck comfy nap while we drive. They are in a good place for my 4 year old and would still work for me. When we start hearing the backseat "stop looking at me!" fighting we have then pul down their seat wings and they get some space to themselves. Would never car trip without these. They fit easily on our 2019 F350 headrests and dont black the back window for the driver much more than the headrests do. Well made, sturdy, easy to install. Love these.

My seven year old loves to fall asleep in the car on our trips. We felt bad she was always slumped over and looked uncomfortable. We drove 20 minutes away to a w3dding after installing these and she put them down to see how they worked and was out in minutes. She said it was comfortable.

The headrest was simple to install, however it does not fit with a 2021 Nissan Rogue. It's not a matter of the width of the headrest bars. Due to the thickness of the pillow bar, the headrest will not lock into place. So if you push up in the pillow supports, the headrest can easily come out of the post holes and the hole pillow system will come off. Quality of the product is decent though.

We like it, make sure you measure for it. I did not and had to return it for the correct size. But it’s very good to have for kids.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: After my kids move out of their 5pt harness, these are a must. I’m always glad the reassurance these bring me knowing my babies heads are falling over when they fall asleep. Pretty easy installation and they hold up well

6 year old Jameson says when he leans his head back there is a hard spot that hurts his head. It's the bracket that holds it to the head rest.

One of the best purchases made! My son grew out of his high back booster. But the problem with that, was he would keep slumping over on our trips. And we take a lot of car trips! Adding these to his seat has made him stay upright again when he naps! Ended up buying them for each car and a 2nd for when our daughter outgrows her high back booster

I purchased the Heapany Car Headrest for my wife (who loves to sleep in the car) before our vacation, which included 12 hours of driving each way. She immediately loved it and said it was a game changer. She used to find it difficult to keep her head positioned comfortably while sleeping, but with this headrest she had a stable and comfortable place to lay her head. Installation is easy once you determine which bushing to use with your headrest post. I only gave it 4 stars because the plastic feels very flimsy and seems like it could break easily. However, it has worked flawlessly so far.

Does the job right when it matters. Excellent value for money. Long ride, I see my children sleep peacefully n comfortably. No money can match that.
