Q: what is the depth of this fan

It's right at 3/4", or about 19 - 20 mm in depth.

Q: Can any one recommend me a case door for this ?

I used this to replace my front intake and upper exhaust Fans in my Corsair 600T- Fit and performance are better then the fans supplied with the case by Corsair. If you are planning to attach it to an existing case door, it is the slimmest 200mm fan I could find.

Q: what is the current draw?

"Power consumption is about 3 watts with a rated current of .25 amps" Incorrect. It has 0.42 amp @ 12 VDC on the motor label. 10/18
