First impression is it is a little thin, thinner than a typical car mat. I installed it and found it’s a little too large overall for a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. the contours around the perimeter seem okay but there is a bit of slack in the center causing it to puff up a little. The backing also doesn’t really grip down into the carpeted sub surface as I had hoped. There are no little rubber teeth on the back to assist with gripping the carpet like a typical car mat. I guess it will still serve its purpose. You get what you pay for.

I ordered 2, 1 for my wife and 1 for me. My wife's mat fits as it should. Mine was so badly mis-shapen that I have not been able to re-shape it. It would seem that the mat, especially along the perimeter, was turned inside out...very different from my wife's mat. Functionally I can still use it but the mat looks like crap and it does not fit properly at all.PS - My wife and I have cars (Ford Fusions) with the same trunk profile.

Arrived a little misshapen from the box. Quickly settled in with the heat of the trunk and ninety degree days. Appears high quality but I can't tell you what it is made of as it is stiffer than my factory one in the Subaru. More than meets my needs and half the price of name brand models.

This fits great and the price is good. It fits perfectly and is made well.
