Easy set up, great sound! Worth it!
Highly impressed. Very easy to set up, even without knowing much about record players. Used a combo of instruction manual and YouTube to ensure proper set-up. “Balancing” needle was tricky to understand, but did my best and worked perfectly on first try — plays well, no skips or issues. Speakers sound great too — love the nostalgic slight “crackling” sound. Looks and feels like a durable, quality product. Great addition to my cozy studio apartment!

Worth every penny!
This record player is worth the money. It is very easy to assemble and looks good. The needle is professional quality and the belt drive does not seem like it will stretch and render the turn table useless. The sound quality is OK. A bit tinny but passable. For the money you cannot go wrong with this product.

Extremely Pleased
If you’ve come here looking for an attractive, all-in-one, medium-range (price and quality) record player, this is it. This is the one you want. Go ahead and put it in your cart. Or, if you prefer, read on, and you can hit “buy now” in a few minutes. Look, I’m a musician myself, so I’m certainly a music lover. And I’ve got good taste. I like nice things. But, I’m not laying down $1k (or more!) for a turntable and speaker set. And neither are you; otherwise, you wouldn’t be reading these reviews. Like me, you’ve got some vinyl and a decent amount of disposable income, so you’re looking for something a little nicer than the record-player-in-a-suitcase but not anything that will break the bank. I’ve got 50+ LPs, mostly inherited, and an equal number of 45s, also vintage. I don’t want to ruin them with low-quality needles and heavy arms; I don’t want them skipping due to flimsy arms and bouncy plinths. So, I did the research. (Unpaid, unsolicited, by the way) And this unit sits in that perfect sweet spot between “cheap” and “ridiculously expensive” (and frankly, pretentious). You get an exceptionally smooth and steady turntable, very easy to use even for rank beginners (my kids can operate it with minimal assistance); nice sounding speakers — nothing party-bumping, but the sound fills a modest living space without distortion; all with a stylishly understated classic vibe that’s unobtrusive and portable. (I easily carried it to class for my students to hear. They thought it was dope, as will you, my co-consumers.) Everything was in the package just as described, I had it set up in no time. Everything works as designed: Bluetooth functions well, within a reasonable but somewhat limited (10-15’) range. (“Limited range?!” Yes. But if you’re walking away with your phone in your pocket, are you really listening to the record player anymore? I mean, you can do chores in the next room, but you can’t walk the dog and expect it to stay connected! Lol) The cover stays on and stays out of the way; whether open or closed, you’ll not have trouble with LPs scraping the lid. It’s everything you’re looking for if you’re looking at $200 all-in-one record players — and it’s what you should be looking for if you’ve been shopping for a cheaper system but are scared off by the negative reviews. You don’t have to spend $1000 for a “good” sound system, but it is worth spending a little more to get something you’ll really enjoy and be proud to own. I promise, I’m not anyone special, and I don’t have a hidden agenda. I was here to review a crummy belt buckle when Amazon reminded me to review some other purchases. When I saw this one, I was like, “yeah, I’ll review it because it’s pretty awesome and I want people to have the joy of owning nice things on a budget.” Ok. You still with me? Then, “buy now.”

Good sound. Cheap dust cover.
This record player sounds great and delivers clear, enjoyable audio. It also looks very nice and has a stylish design that fits well in any room. However, the dust cover is made of plastic and feels a bit cheap compared to the rest of the unit. One side broke within the first months. Overall, it’s a good record player for the sound and appearance, but the cover quality could be better.

Excellent beginner record player
Excellent beginner record player. I think this is a good value as it's an all-in-one setup and looks really great. It really feels built well. The sound is fairly good. It honestly depends on the record. Most of my records sound great. With a few others, like my Linkin Park albums, I felt like it struggled a little bit and lost some oomph on some songs. It seemed too much medium and lows at certain points in a song is where I tended to notice it. As others stated, the bass is not amazing. I knew there would be compromises with something at this price. Ultimately, I still enjoy the sound. This is less about having perfectly clear audio and more about playing music and just having it on while I hang out, work, cook, or have people over to visit. My only suggestion is this company should sell a $300-$350 version with better speakers. I would've probably paid more if I knew the sound was better. Thankfully I can hook up external speakers down the road if I want to upgrade that. Ultimately I'm very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend.

IMPORTANT READ ME
So I recently decided to get into vinyl but didn't know a single thing about it so I bought a cool looking suitcase player crosley and had I not later on looked it up out of curiosity, I would've kept it for years thinking it was fine even as my vinyl records are getting destroyed by its horrible stylus. Once I saw that they suck, I sold it and bought this with fingers crossed. Every google search I saw was warning me to stay away from these all in one record players (have built in preamps and speakers) but I chose not to listen and I'm glad I did because turns out it's just croselys that suck. This record player is night and day better than my crosely. It's bigger, it's way nicer quality, the speakers are loud and clear and it's easy to use. I know how it feels to get into this hobby and be confused by the contradicting opinions of the vinyl worshipping snob elite so I wanted to write this review from one beginner to the next to put your mind at ease. First off it looks great. The pictures do it no justice. The attention to detail is impeccable. Secondly, it was very easy to set up and get playing. Make sure to watch a video on calibrating the counterweight, it will help. Third, it has an audiotechna style which I might not know a lot but I know audiotechna is one of the dominating brands for good quality record players. Lastly, the sound quality is super clear and the speakers can easily fill the room with the volume knob turned halfway up. I highly recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to deal with buying a turntable, a speaker and the preamp, this has it all.

Nice but poor sound.
For the money, there's a lot of "real" turntable features packed into this unit - replaceable cartridge, adjustable force tone arm, quality-feeling knobs and switches. Nothing about it screams "cheap" like Crosley and similar record players that are essentially toys. It was attractively and securely packaged. The little ribbon to pull the belt over the motor spindle was clever and cute. The faux woodgrain is well executed and attractive with a bit of texture to add some realism, not just a cheap sticker. I can see why some folks found the tone arm setup confusing but it's actually quite simple: adjust the weight until the needle is balanced in mid-air, spin the small ring around to 0 just to give you a reference point, then turn the whole weight clockwise around to 3.5. That's it. I happen to have a tiny scale made specifically for measuring tone arm weight and it was surprisingly close to 3.5 grams. Nice work. Sadly, the sound from the built-in speakers is just abysmal, thus the three stars. The speakers don't sound bad when playing through Bluetooth from my phone, but its mission in life is to be a record player and it unfortunately fails in that regard. I did not try using the auxiliary outputs (RCA plugs) on the back, but why have built in speakers if they suck?
