This book is great so is the online test it offers to practise for RNC exam. A few new changes incorporated in the book which will be on the exam I'm sure . Its a great review of systems and for those of us who haven't been in school lately it offers good review of changes in Research, Ethics. This was a great book - the main book I used before I took my Nicu Rn certification test. I read thru each question and then immed after the question flipped to the back and reviewed the answers (why the correct one was 'correct' and why the others were 'incorrect'. I found this a super way to study. AND - I passed the certification with flying colors the first time! Good Luck!

I really wish that I had done the paper back version of this book. The book has great content, it's just questions and answer key with rationales, but the moving back and forth from question to answer key is not user friendly and takes a couple steps. It would have been easier to flip the paper book vs the digital book. Just a preference thing. However, for convenience sake, I do like that I always have my phone on me and can study any time but I would not necessarily carry the heavy book with me everywhere.

I liked how it was broken down into systems/categories. That the rational for each possible choice was included. It was an easy guide to study and it kept your interest.

This book is a good study guide for the CCRN exam. The questions and rationales are very helpful. Although the book is small, I feel that with this book, I can identify areas I need to study more, and then seek out additional resources for study. My biggest complaint about this book is that it advertises that it has online practice questions. While this is true, they are identical to the questions in the book. I really wish the online content was actually additional content, not just a different format for the exact same content.

This review book was recommended by a classmate for really helping to categorize the needed information to prepare for the certification exam. It does exactly that, it is easy to work with and you have the ability to take the tests in the book and on-line to to simulate how the actually testing will beIt was just what I needed :)

All material needed for review to pass is in this review book, a must for nurse's who's time is limited!
