Universal Remote Control for All Samsung TV Remote Compatible All Samsung LCD LED HDTV 3D Smart TVs Models

The remote came quickly, however it did not work. It would turn the tv on, but not off again. Amazon quickly sent another remote and it works great.

I did not care for the Samsung TV remote that came with the TV. The button to push for volume is horrible. I decided to purchase this remote and I'm so glad I did. Much easier to use. No need to set up anything. I removed it from its package and it worked instantly not only with my Samsung Smart TV, but also with my Samsung Sound Bar. Love it!

Good remote It works ok but slightly different for example you can fast forward or scrub throught YouTube videos but to do so is a two step process thats pretty cool once you learn to choose the on screen section that appear while youre pressing FF and reverse .

These remotes work really well — until they don’t. They require no setup for Samsung TVs, other than inserting batteries. But… They tend to start having odd problems after a few years. One just had one button that simply stopped working. The one we are replacing suddenly began turning the TV off and on continuously until we removed its batteries. That one was a little tough to figure out.

I needed this remote because although I have the original remote to a 2017 samsung TV, that tV does not have a source button. Why is that important? Because the samsung TV is being replaced- it is on life support- the TV turns on but it takes "forever" to load so you can see something on screen (sometimes not at all, sometimes it decides to appear after at least a. half hour. So a new TV is arriving soon. In the meantime I want to use the 2017 TV as an extra screen for other projects, which is why I needed a remote with a source button so I can still use that screen for apple TV and other devices. That's the background. What surprised me: the simple set up. No codes, no searching. You press the power button and it works. My assumption is that even with a dark screen I can use the remote to change the source. What's not so clear- what the button is for prime video, netflix or hulu but I'm assuming that whatever is connected to the TV can get there with the source button. We'll see..

This remote works great with our 2012 vintage plasma TV. We are only using it for antenna TV, but the channel list button actually works and shows the proper channel tags. We finally have full menu functionality back.

Pretty bog standard remote. I’d definitely recommend you go to Walmart and buy the genuine Samsung remote over this one. Battery changes are a little annoying and it feels cheap considering It is more expensive than the OEM. If I would have know I would have passed on this one. With is number of Walmarts In the us I don’t think I would recommend someone buy this remote. Other than that you get what you expect. All buttons function properly.

The only thing this far that is a disappoint is that the ▶️ button only advances ten seconds at a time! The original remote could be held down and serve as a ‘fast forward’ option!
