Auto Glass/Windshield Removal Tool/Cut Out Cold Knife 3008-K Lever Made in USA

Been doing auto glass for about 5 years now, this is my personal favorite because it’s slimmer than the purple one

I install windshields professionally and this Ultra Wize is good quality, the knife it comes with and the same brand replacements are a little too thick for me but I file them down just a hair. Still recommend this to all my windshield installers! I also recommend getting a second one, one with a 1 inch blade and another with a 1 1/2 inch.

I use this green cold knife everyday. For beginners this cold knife takes some getting used to, but with the ultra wiz thin blades this will get the job done. Never have had an issue with it.

I came across a completely smashed in windshield and this was by far the easiest tool to use to cut that sucker out! Its not going to be something everyone can use, it takes some muscle to cut through the urethane/glue I think you need to sharpen it first lol (I dont have time for that). Otherwise its easy to use, if your know how to use it.

I've worked for Safelite for almost ten years. I've had many different cold knives throughout the years this one is my favorite by far. I love that it comes in green.
