Great product and service
This is fantastic. After putting it aside for a while to take a break I lost the instructions. I emailed the seller and was promptly sent the manual. Great item and superb customer service. Very happy.

Angel and Stich!
It took me a bit to build and gave me a challenge for a little bit. I’m beyond impressed with this item and it comes with a few extra pieces just in case you’re missing a few or lose some. The finishing product is a 10/10. (Especially if you make the stitch one along with it!)

Horrible
This is the biggest joke ever. The prices are so tiny and thin, the instructions you can’t even understand, the pieces are not the sizes it calls for, went online to try and find better instructions and you it doesn’t help a bit. Came in a good size box and this thing is miniature. Very disappointed, my daughter is even more. Instructions don’t even tell you what piece goes where what you need to build as you go and you can’t even tell what pieces you need.

missing two pieces, but would still recommend
I loved assembling this stitch, it was not that easy to start - but once you get hang of it it goes smoothly. it was missing two pieces and two were half-broken, but overall, I loved the experience and it looks super cute and nice. Def worth the money. These small issues with pieces did not take anything away from the purchase for me.

Came out perfect
I received this as a Christmas gift. It took about 12 hours (not continuous with multiple interruptions ) to do this. Legos were one of my favorite childhood activities. I now enjoy building with/for my kids. These are not “legos” in the brand/quality/size since. The pieces are not perfectly cut and are super tiny. (Be careful as the cut imperfections causes connections to fail and pieces to shift as you build, which can affect future layers. This was the most difficult/frustrating part) Also, the directions are a bit of guessing game at times. Just a little backward to my mind...... But, all the pieces were there and she came out perfectly. I had fun building her, which was the point of getting this as a gift. I also received stitch, I will start him once I can feel my fingers again! Shouldn’t take as long, as I understand how the directions flow now. Oh, one good thing, they had the pieces separated nicely! They were grouped together into 3 bags, and all of the pieces were easy to find! Major plus!!!

A royal pain to complete!
Other than the fact that the legs of the horses refused to stay on and that you often had to do a step ahead partially because the current step doesn't hold your pieces together completely, most of the construction was straightforward. I've done dozens of these micro-block kits and most don't have a problem and since the pieces are so small, result in smoother looking items. The one big problem was the final part where you put the top of the carousel onto the base (and the 4 horses). That step took HOURS to complete because it was so difficult to line up the 4 poles AND the central pillar in such a way that the horses stayed put and didn't fall over or go flying. I ended up putting a scrap (extra) piece as a temporary marker where the bottom part of the pole connected to the base because it kept falling over. No kit should be THAT hard to connect! After I finally got it on, I had to then reattach at least half of the legs and that wasn't easy with the amount they twisted and the clearance below the horses. One design problem that I noticed during the earlier stages of building - the spacing for the horses is even for the top but NOT the bottom! If you look at the bottom of the top piece, you can see the holes for the poles and they are evenly distributed around the piece. However, when you put the horses on where required, there are two different spaces. You have 2 horses close together, a gap, then the other two close together and again, a gap that is the same as the first gap - two different spacing! It kind of looks odd! It looks so cute but I guess the problem is that it's pink! I have yet to find a pink kit that works right for me.
