Good for whatever you are making.
I have mostly used this for soup, and it worked well. Good flavor, and low sodium. And a nice 12 oz. jar,too which is reasonably priced. Glad I bought it.

Tasty, but a little overpriced.
Adds nice flavor to meats and veggies. I like it best when I add fresh mushrooms to it.

Good vegetarian broth. Needs more flavor.
The good: low-salt, very inexpensive, a decent base for recipes that require stock or a little more flavor.The bad: Not particularly flavorful, and you go through it quickly. I wound up using nearly half the container for a cream of mushroom soup recipe. What it lacks in salt, you have to add back in.Still a good, worthwhile product to keep on hand.
