Does a pillow case come with this? Can I order one?

No, the pillow does not come with a pillow case. I think they had some on their site. I just take a regular pillow case and sew it to make it narrower.

The description says 6" around, so I infer that to mean circumference. But do they really mean diameter? Please say "yes" !

The description actually says 6" round, not 'A'round, so that does imply a different measurement than circumference as you were inferring. If I was told someone was playing with a 6" round toy ball, I would picture the height of the ball to be 6", not the circumference to be 6". One little letter makes all the difference for it to mean AROUND, or simply *A* round shape.

For the Bolster pillow - Will this pillow provide proper neck support or will it just squish down to nothing when you lay on it.

for proper support: It really depends on the length of your neck and weight of your head... as well as what position you're using. "Proper support" will be different from person to person.The filling displaces nicely around the weight of the head / neck for support. It will not go flat. I use it under my neck for different stretches and exercises I do while back-lying. I would not however, sleep on it - its much too much support under my neck to sleep with it. Meaning, my neck is lifted higher than would be ideal for sleeping. I'm pretty picky about proper head and neck support.And - for reclining back, torso at 30-45 degrees - the bolster great for this position - to support the neck.No worries - thus pillow will not squish flat. I've had several bolster pillows that were not the "My Pillow" brand - and they all squished down, some worse than others.Not this guy - it will remain perky and robust for you.

What is the length and approx diameter of this cervical pillow

It's about 19 inches long and 6 inches in dia. Use it alot it works great.
