Assistenza inesistente per prodotto difettoso
Ho acquistato il prodotto il 31 maggio. Consegnato i primi di giugno chiedo assistenza a fine dicembre perché quando lo utilizzo fa saltare la corrente. Il venditore mi dice di rivolgermi alla casa madre, la casa madre mi rimanda al venditore. Il venditore mi rinvia di settimana in settimana una risposta, fino ad escludere una sostituzione/riparazione. Risultato: PAGATO QUASI 300€ PER UN PRODOTTO INUTILIZZABILE! SERIETÀ PARI A ZERO!
