I purchased Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini about a month ago at the super market after being discharged from the hospital. I was told to stay on a low fiber/no meat diet for a while. They suggested pasta and rice as a base. When I saw this I thought...it's Barilla...how bad can it be. It was pretty darn good with a little drizzle of quality olive oil and parm cheese sprinkled on top. Now I can eat seafood and right away thought about this with sauteed shrimp and fresh garlic tossed in. As usual, I checked for the product on Amazon and see they've got a 4 pack available through Subscribe and Save....my favorite way to shop. I'm looking forward to trying the shrimp dish. While the tortellini is cooking I'll quickly saute fresh shrimp and chopped fresh garlic in a little olive oil and a small pat of butter for rich flavor. Toss that into the cooked pasta and top with a little grated cheese.....yummy!!!!! Can't wait to add veggies to this dish. One bag serves 4 or, if you're a robust eater, provides 2 REALLY generous servings. By the way...leftovers keep well in the frig for days and reheat well if not over cooked so singles or someone cooking for two shouldn't shy away from cooking a whole bag at once.

This is a nice product to have on hand for a quick meal. I cook mine in the microwave in a Microwave Pasta Cooker - The Original Fasta Pasta - No Mess, Sticking or Waiting For Boil -- it actually cooks better than I expected. This variety -- cheese and spinach -- pairs well with a lot of different sauces: marinara, alfredo, even just a little browned butter with sage and a little lemon. I can make as much or as little as I need, too. Definitely a good buy -- the price for a pack of 4 puts each package at a price lower than my local supermarket charges. And I get it delivered right to my door. Good buy, excellent quality and flavor -- what's not to love? Highly recommended!

This pasta is delicious. We like that it's easily stored in pantry. Stocking up so we can use if we can't get to the store. It's a great price We highly recommend

Have never had a bad bag. And they always arrive in good shape. A quick dish when you cook them, take them out of the pan, and put on some basil pesto.

After experimenting with different cooking methods, I found that the best way to fully cook this tortellini without it falling apart is to soak it at room temperature for approximately 1 hour, drain, and place in boiling water for about 2 minutes. No more under-hydrated or falling-apart tortellini!
