Q: I need replacement lead wires. How do i get them? I cant seem to get help

Thanks for your question. The size of the lead wires that connect to the tens unit is 2.35mm and connect to pads is standard 2mm pin connector. You could try to find it firstly. If can't find, please contact support@iauvon.com via email directly and we will help you with this.

Q: Sciatica. for those that are using this for this nightmare. may i ask where you are putting the pads? which setting? any help would be much appreciate

I put one pad on the back of my leg, slightly off center about 4 inches below my butt, where the sciatic nerve is. The second pad is placed right over the bine in my butt. I use the kneading setting on 2 ton3 ish for 70 mins several times a day or when the pain hit's. You're right. Its a nightmare pain.
