Provides the 'why' and helpful to put workouts together .really helpful for preparing gym sessions fab photos , explanations.

Great book reference book for strength training
I've been a gym member for many years and into weight training. I bought this book a couple of years ago and have just ordered a copy for my daughter who has recently started strength training. It's one of the best I have read on the subject and would recommend it to anyone interested in strength training whether a beginner or experienced. It covers everything you need to know, from how muscles work, grow and gain strength to what exercises you need to do for what muscle groups. It has good quality drawings of the anatomy and a wide range of the different types of exercises for different muscle groups with information on how to do the exercises safely. It also covers nutrition and how to create a progressive strength training program for improvement. A great reference book which covers everything you need to know. The only slight criticism I can think of; the annotations on the drawings are a little small, but still 5 stars from me.

Interesting Item.
Enjoyed learning about the different body parts, muscles, tendons and everything Strength Training enhances.Simple and well structured, interesting and precise, I keep going back to different parts of the book to gain knowledge.

Fantastic, did need to have a second read of first part, but very interesting and good book, 😊😊
