I have been using by active for a very long time finding it has more calcium in them than most calcium pills. They taste good, and there’s so much easier to chew than trying to swallow those large calcium pills.

Recommended by my doctor, since I have not been able to take the bone strengthening prescription drugs due to their side effects. I’ve tried both flavors, and the caramel flavor is my favorite. I will have to wait until my next bone density test to see if it has helped reduce or halt my bone loss or not. They are so yummy you have to make sure you don’t take more than the recommended dose!

The flavorwas exactly caramel. I was very pleased. It’s one of the best ones I’ve bought.. would buy again.
