The best chocolate if you’re making a dark chocolate cake then go for it It has a very velvety smooth texture and honestly it has the best taste its way better than hersheys and also cheap I’d say its less bitter but that totally depends on what you like for me it was not that bitter in taste The color is dark and also good thing is its unsweetened you can absolutely add this in your coffee mochas it has the best taste and the coffee taste just like the ones you buy from cafes The smell can be a little obnoxious but i swear don’t go for the smell the taste is super amazing its like the real dutch cocoa powder go for it if you are not looking for expensive cocoa powder like van houten This one will do work for you i guarantee you!

Handsdown the most sophisticated, rich textured cocoa. Just 1 teaspoon and its giving it - dark, creamy chocolaty taste. Ossoro is doing one fine job. Definitely recommended!

I’ve been using Ossoro Cocoa Powder mainly for protein shakes, not for baking. Whenever I have a vanilla-flavored protein shake, I add one teaspoon of this cocoa powder, and it delivers exactly what it promises — a rich, cocoa chocolate flavor without any sweetness. The smell is good, with a nice, natural cocoa aroma. There is no sugar content, and if you taste it directly, it is bitter, which is expected for a genuine Dutch-processed cocoa powder. This makes it suitable for people who want control over sweetness and avoid added sugars. Quantity is as promised (250g). The packaging is well done — a plastic outer pack with inner silver lining, which helps maintain freshness. Because the packing is good, I keep it in the original packet itself instead of transferring it to another container. In terms of value for money, it’s worth it for the quality provided. I don’t use it daily, but occasionally when I want a chocolate flavor, and for that purpose, it works perfectly. I can’t comment on baking performance, and it’s too early to judge any long-term health effects, but so far it has delivered on all its promises. Overall, a good, clean cocoa powder for shakes and flavoring, and I’m happy with it.
