Stansport Light-Duty Rip-Stop Tarp 16' x 20' - Brown (U-1620)

This tarp is excellent! The material feels thick and strong, and it’s clearly built to last. It provides great protection from rain, wind, and sun, making it perfect for covering outdoor equipment, vehicles, or even for camping. The grommets are well-placed and sturdy, making it easy to secure with ropes or bungee cords. I also appreciate that it’s waterproof and tear-resistant—it really holds up under tough conditions. Good value as add-on item for $2.21 each. I bought 3 so far. Always handy to have SMALLER tarps around for outdoor use. The brown color blends in nicely (even better than using green tarps). If they start deteriorating from outdoor use, it's no big deal. I wasn't looking for waterproofing either. Just need to occasionally cover up stuff I'm selling, stuff in back of pickup truck (recycling), etc. Not as fllimsy as the 99-cent only store tarps (blue ones, unfinished edges, very thin, deteriorates quickly). I usually get tarps from Harbor Freight, but they don't have brown (or in this smaller size). ONE TARP was defective...it had 3 grommets in the same spot. I don't care...going to use it to rake leaves, mix up garden soil, etc. Will update if I leave one outside consistently.

I use these tarps for hauling branches out to the "swamp" in the back of my 1.3 acre property. Unfortunately, these tarps are not that durable with branches poking holes through the tarp. I wish they were more durable.

I bought these to hang from the ceiling in the garage to section off an area. They work for this purpose, but I can tell you they are very thin and wouldn't stand up to regular duty work. I could very easily see these tearing under any sort of stress or wear.

Ok quality. Tie-down holes to secure tarp in place started becoming weak after short amount of time. They haven’t broken yet but it hasn’t been used a lot or under heavy anchored load. Biggest disappointment for me is the material the brown color is made of. The whole tarp is made of this material and it flakes off badly, everything it touches is covered in brown particles. As I had this covering a small pool, it ruined several filters and made the water look filthy gross.

So far it has held up for its purpose during a downpour of rain. My popup canopy had started to tear and I didn't want it to get worse so I bought this tarp just in time (Like minutes) before the storm. I struggled a bit putting it on by myself. Worked great even after a few rain storms. It was the best buy for its size.
