Works great! I've already done about 30 pounds of veggies through it. Mainly dehydration. The temp control is nice but not very large range. Would recommend especially to see if you enjoy it and are just getting started.

I love this dehydrater! I can see the conents inside with the clear trays. I have used it for apples, tomatoes, peppers they all turned out great!My next will be strawberries!.Not only is this an excellent way to preserve and use food, it's a lot of fun!I just turn on the dial and leave it!My Apples are my favorite sonfar they were full of flavor and a perfect texture.

I’m now able to make my own healthy snacks. Compact enough to fit on my counter but big enough to create a variety of snacks. So versatile and convenient.

This is a very good little food dehydrator - compact, easy to clean, works well, and from what I gather, energy efficient. However, in the included recipes, they explain how to make fruit leather, and direct you to use the fruit leather tray. There is none included, nor is one available from the company. Given the dehydrator's small size, they don't appear to make silicone or plastic fruit leather trays small enough for use in the machine. Everything is too big. If you are looking to use this for all the myriad ways you can use a dehydrator, just know that unfortunately you cannot make fruit roll or fruit leather with this, as the recommended parts for that don't exist.

Dehydrator perfect for someone just starting out. We tried making beef jerky and some fruit and they came out better than expected. Still learning but I think this dehydrator does the job.

I just received this yesterday and was thrilled to start using it. I read reviews and watched customer videos prior to purchasing. The product description sounded like the features would work well for me. Here are pros and cons from my experience:Pros-It really is pretty simple to use with just a few buttons-The option to turn the tray around to increase height for that tray is a helpful feature-If you don't have a lot of counter space this unit is compact and pretty easy to put just about anywhere-It does work to dehydrate foodCons-While it is described to have a temperature range from 95 to 158 degrees, it implies that you may set your desired temperature throughout that range. Not true. There are only 8 manufacturer pre-sets. So you don't actually have the option to set it at the temperature you may want. Rather, you must settle for the closest pre-set. You have these options only: 95, 104, 113, 122, 131, 140, 149, 158. Previously with a dehydrator, I most often used 110, 135, etc. So now I need to work with only these 8 settings.-Timer range is up to 72 hours. That is great. What is not as great is that you only see the hour you are on and not actual hour and minute. So you don't really know the remaining time exactly, just the remaining hour.-Noise level is not as quiet as I expected. While advertised as low noise, it is certainly not that low. Not great for light sleepers and gets a little annoying because you really can't get away from it.-The tray capacity is much less than I thought, probably due to the large hole in the center of the trays.That design reduces usable space.-The user manual is not particularly helpful and does not mention anywhere the points I made above about temperature and timer.Ultimately the cons have more weight for me. I already used the unit and so probably can't return it. I can make it work for certain things. I am already desiring and looking for something closer to what I actually expected.
