I really like how these are sturdy and nice these are, but I'm super disappointed that they don't expand anywhere near 2.8", which is why I chose them over other options. In all honesty, based on the ruler and the cannot-be-stuffed-full-of-additional-papers folder, it really doesn't even look like it's quite 2". I am really thinking I'm going to send them back because of the quantity I need them to hold, but if you're not worried about hitting the capacity of the folders, then I would recommend them because they seem like they will last a long time.

These folders were just what we needed. They hold certificates and class photos really well. We also placed medals, pins, and wood awards in one without any breakage. I was impressed. They are thick enough to protect items from bending and damage but thin enough to be able to use several in a compact space. The expandability is a little less than expected. Overall a great purchase.

I like these file folders so much I am going to get more. They are very thick plastic and hold a lot. I am using them to put manuals and other paper work in them.

Was slightly shorter than I needed it to be. I had intended to put file folders in these to organize the contents of each plastic pocket but they are slightly to short for that. I ended up cutting some file folders down a bit so they would still fit but will remain on the hunt for a slightly taller version of these

I bought this product to store my grandchildren's school memories. I like that there is a label pocket on the front, the snap closure works well, and I like the binding on the edges. I'd like it if they held a bit more but overall they're fine.

I purchase these for teen graduates...came in handy for them going on business meetings interviews for college for putting important documents
