Worked well
I am glad someone else wrote in their review how to get these apart. You have to do several pretty hard pulls to get them apart to mount them. Super easy installation. To take drawer out once in same thing do several tugs on the drawer to get it out. Seems sturdy enough.

Worked after I figured it out
Was going to mount this to the bottoms of our ancient drawers, and it took a minute to figure out. By then, my old drawer center slide was working properly so we didn't keep this, but it seemed like it would fit after I learned which way it needed installed. Only problem was that it didn't allow the drawer to pull out quite as far as we'd like and that it also was going to have to attach to a part of the drawer that would have needed reinforcement (my drawers are really old).

Find a different brand. Design is flawed - AMAZON RETURN PROCESS TERRIBLE
I bought two 20" center mount slides to update the drawers in a 70-year-old, built-in bathroom vanity. In the case of the first unit, the slides were nearly impossible to separate for installation. But, I was able to complete the installation. Unfortunately, I would like to "tune" the edge spacers to eliminate wobble, but I can't extract the drawer from the track. The second unit install was worse. Separating the slides required a rapid jerk, but they eventually came apart. Sadly, after mounting the slides, the bearing cage bent, folded, collapsed and failed when I attempted to install the door. Yep, the little balls came loose. Unlike a good slide, with a leading edge taper on the inner slide, these have a sharp, square edge. On the upside, the failed bearing assembly, allows you to remove the drawer from the cabinet, but it's a bit wobbly.I contacted the company for help, via their webpage, but they didn't respond. I'll buy a better brand and return the broken parts to Amazon for refund.Update: After removing the Hickory slides I made a few measurements. According to the directions, the slides are 3/8" thick and intended to be mounted on a drawer bottom which is recessed 1/4" above the drawer's side edges. That leaves a 1/8" clearance between the drawer side edge and the cabinet frame. The proved edge bumpers/glides, to be mounted on the cabinet frame, are at least 5/32" tall, which is more than the available clearance. On name brand slides of this type, which I have since installed, the edge bumpers/glides are nominally 1/16" tall, allowing a small clearance between the drawer edge and bumper. In the case of the name brand slides, the drawers move freely.UPDATED: 5 March 2023 - I bundled both of the failed slides and returned them to AMAZON. Sadly, I failed to notice that AMAZON sent me two separate return labels. So, now, AMAZON thinks I only returned one and there's no way to communicate with AMAZON on the matter. So, not only a poor product, but supported by poor service.

Not soft closing
Purchased 4 for a project. They are doing the job, however they donโt glide smoothly and are not soft closing.

Nice replacement
The instruction is terrible but after I finally got these installed they're working as expected. I had to read all the reviews before someone mentioned how you have to tug at the glider back and forth three or four times before they come apart. I was pulling at it and after a couple tries I thought I was going to break them by tugging hard another few times. It didn't break and now I know to keep tugging until they come apart. Also make sure you measure the drawer and get the right size. I got the right size but had to adjust one back a little as the drawer wasn't closing properly. Now that they're on the are working great.
