this bracelet worked so well for my father that i bought on for myself. I love it . It is stylish and light weight and i actually forgot i was wearing it for a while. I notice that it started to work for my pain almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this bracelet to everyone. It comes with a little kit to extend or reduce the length of the bracelet. So if you think it may be too big or to small for you, it wont be.

So sorry to say this is totally rubbish tried to adjust the bracelet by adding one link but all the pins on the link tool have broken so can't wear it, Not happy
