This is my second imx-219 device that produces red and grainy video on jetson nano. do you have the best gstreamer command to use? bayer 10bit issue?

Can you clarify on how to connect the following, yo udo not specify which wires go which pins: "connect the i2c interface (only the sda and scl pins"?

For Jetson Nano, connect SDA (yellow) to pin 3 on the 40-pin header, and SCL (blue) to pin 5. Pins 3 and 5 are the I2C number 2 interface. that is what the example code you can download from the website uses. I left the other two wires for f sync and int unconnected.

What is the framerate?

The frame rate is dependant on your resolution and the system you have it connected to. Basically, how fast can the controller take pictures at the chosen resolution. I am using a Jetson Nano. I have not calculated the frame rate, but at the highest resolution, it is around 15-20 frames per second. Not excelent, but not bad. I use it for machine vision on a mobile robot. It does the job for sure. I'm also using an augmented reality buffer that is probably slowing it down too. Basically, if your application is ok with medium to low quality resolution, then you can get higher frame rate. If you need high def, then you'll have some lag. Using it as a web cam is pretty ideal.

Works as Advertised

The cameras work as advertised, the on board gyroscope works to. It does need better instructions on which cables are used and which aren’t. As well as more code examples on how to use it. But over all a good product for an addition to a jetson nano

A Pretty Good Dual-Camera Module

This unit was useful for my application as it seemed to represent a good value for the money. Works as described and as one would assume; specs seem more or less ok, both for performance and dimensions. Because of its simple design, thickness is minimal.
