Great vitamins
These vitamins are absolutely necessary to me. They do just what they say, I put them on my list of vitamins.

Helped with hairfall + boosted immunity
My husband takes these and he stops getting sick. When he stops taking these, he catches cold easily. The quality is great and I think that it has a great value for money. It helped him with hairfall too!

They are effective, but swallowing these tablets is risky.
They're excellent for stopping hair loss, but they're hard to swallow because they're large. I've bought them twice, but if Solgar doesn't change the tablet size, I won't buy them again.

No biotin
Favorite hair vitamin! Unfortunately I cant take biotin so its been difficult to find a hair/skin/nails supplement that doesnt include it, I have been purchasing these for years and will continue to!
