Have been using this supplement for the last year and it seemed to have a positive effect on my anxiety symptoms. Strangely enough fish oil did not cause this effect for me but when I introduced this oil and then re-introduce it both times a significant effect might be worth trying out.

Kept burping oregano taste. I ate with food and still at bedtime was burping nasty oregano taste. You would think from dinner to bed 5 hours I wouldn’t. Too soon to say if working. Wish these reviews would let you update later.

I had read an article about black seed oils and did more research choosing this one. Yea the capsules are large but doable. I have seen, in 2 weeks, changes in my health for the better. Me han gustado mucho, son un poco grandes pero no tengo dificultad. Frasco de vidrio oscuro que indica calidad en el empaque. Debo decir que lo principal es que me quito una alergia de piel en un día y no he enfermado cuando a mi alrededor andan gripientos! Lo seguiré comprando porque si es de muy buena calidad!!

Llegó el paquete todas las cápsulas pegadas pensé que metiéndose al refrigerador se podrían separar después de mucho intentar decidí romper el frasco ni así se pueden separar.
