XTRONSDAB+ Digital Radio Tuner USB Receiver Dongle for XTRONS Android Car Stereo Head Unit

Works as should takes minutes to install no tools neeed , shame the head-unit i purchased & returned wasn't to the same standards ,

Purchased this with great hopes it would improve my DAB signal on my android radio, sadly this wasn't the case.I installed into a USB as required but there where continuous issues with the unit. I also tried various apps.DABz would not recognise the aerialDAB+ was stuck in initialisingDAB Dreams recognised the aerial but wouldn't tune anything in.Also used their recommended app by scanning a QR code. And although the tuner did work, stations where no better than my original DAB+ adapter.I had granted all permissions, kept clearing caches etc but the aerial would not work. I am running android 14 with other USB devices connected. So I know it isn't the radio. Of course I will be returning this device.Just thought i'd let other potential buyers of my issues.

Already had dab aerial installed on front windscreen. Dab reception poor, decided to buy this twin dab aerial installed as instructed all I can say is well worth the money. 99% inprovment in signal quality and sound

I wasn’t getting over 50 channels with a windscreen aerial so tried this unit I did a scan and got over 140 stations great signal and very rarely drops

Although I rate the xtrons stereo I purchased it is difficult to rate this. It arrived with little instruction on how to integrate with my stereo. I had several adapters to fit to it. It would have been nice to have specific instructions on which one to connect! Regardless. It does the job. It works!

Have bought many dab dongles and every type of dab aerial and all very poor reception.This twin aerial version is bloody fantastic works perfectly without drop outs. And got 45 stations

When it worked it was great but after 3 days lost all stations and repeated scanning failed to find a single stationNow 8 months on from replacing another one has failed !! Who gives only 3 month warranty on things now ?

The media could not be loaded. I replaced an older DAB stereo with a new Xtrons stereo. Unfortunately the old DAB aerial was a different fitment so I had to purchase a new Xtrons DAB aerial. I have recently fit the new aerial in the exact same place the older aerial was. Yet this aerial is really poor compared to what I am used to. I am yet to listen to a single radio station without it losing signal, screeching at me, dropping out every other word (see video) or simply not finding the stations I used to listen to. I have sent Xtrons 3 messages unto now with no help offered. So I may have to rip the stereo out and return it. If I do. I will definitely not be going near Xtrons again.
