Q: How easy is this watch to set up? I find regular watches to be extremely difficult to figure out!

I am not that tech savvy at all but it was pretty easy to set up. Simple instructions. It took me approximately 10 minutes to set it up.

Yes, this AW02 digital watch will beep when you press the button or alarm loud

Q: If I set count down to 12 minutes, it counts down to 0:00. In the reset will it automatically go back to 12:00m or will I have to reset from scratch?

This AW02 watch will automatically go back to 12:00m, and stay that way until you program a new countdown time.
