Flimsy Gasket
If you buy this filter make yourself a favor, save the gasket o-ring from the one you are replacing. I doesn't come with a solid gasket but a channeled one, meaning it is c shape all around. When I installed, it started leaking, I removed and installed again with the same results, I realized the gasket wasn't doing its job, so I used the old one. I wrote costumer service explaining the problem asking if it was a way to get a real gasket, a lady wrote me back instructing me to do what I explained in my communication asking her to read my memo. She never answered me back. That a little bit unprofessional.

Easy to change and tastes great!
Moved into house in this January. Always used bottled water. This was our first time using filtered water. We are beyond satisfied with the taste from this filtered water.Changing out the filters when we moved in was very simple.Will be signing up to receive reminder for when to change it again.

This was a hard to find replacement. Glad I found it at a good price because some other places were very $$$.
