I will continue to buy these vitamins. Before I started taking the sea moss, I felt like I was aging rapidly. I had no energy and I was depressed. Now, I feel more energetic. Helped with liver detox and my skin looks great! I like to take them after dinner and hour before my evening workout. I didn't even want to workout. After taking the sea moss, now I do. The only other vitamin I take is a B Complex.
