Mix this with Maximum Vibrance and chocolate almond milk
TASTEI have not had this with only water so I'm not sure what it tastes like. What I do is pour the chocolate almond milk (into a blender bottle is fine, I highly recommend getting one since it's easier than a blender), mix one scoop of maximum vibrance (another amazing product, can buy on amazon), then I use Max Vibrance's scoop to take a little less than two scoops of Ultimate Meal (it's roughly the serving size). Today I blended it in with a banana - of course I used my blender, not a blender bottle for this. The Max Vibrance makes it taste a lot better I think and it legitimately smells like amazing uncooked cake mix, at least when I put in the banana. If you like the texture of cake mix, then you will love this. It seriously smells like it and I look forward to this every morning (like I seriously get excited to eat this).SATIETY/FULLNESSIt makes me not really hungry if I eat anything throughout the day. Like I can eat a tiny piece of something and be full for a really long time (granted I ALWAYS use Max Vib and Ultimate Meal mixed). I think it's because the quality of nutrients just makes your body not really need as much food. Throughout the day if I eat, it's for pleasure, or to feel truly full, not really because I'm hungry. Today I'm going to experiment with only eating this in the morning and seeing what time I get hungry.ATHLETIC PERFORMANCERecovery time is drastically improved, no DOMS after starting up a new running program which always makes me sore. I feel more in tune with my body, more able to listen to my muscles and create variations of exercises that can lead me up to the one I want to be able to perform. When running, I ran for a longer period of time than I ever could in the past several years after I got mono. I ran for about ten minutes straight which for me is literally a miracle. I went slow, but I have never been able to do that since I got mono and stopped my high school physical activities...which is why I've given up several times, it was just too annoying to not be able to actually run whatsoever. I am actually convinced that my significantly healthier diet in addition to these supernutrient meals I have are responsible for this.SKINI have acne which I cannot find the cause of. I think it's partly sugar, partly meat, partly something else, I don't know. Sometimes I can eat a ton of sugary stuff and not break out, other times I do, so I can't nail down the cause. I've tried other supplements like zinc. Doesn't work that well for me. This does not cure my acne but I feel like it makes it go away faster? And it has surely improved my skin tone - my complexion is totally even other than for acne. I've only been using this for a few days so maybe after a month I will see some changes. My nails are growing ridiculously fast though and they are very white. I still have dry skin.My goal was to use this like a healthy version of Soylent, a full meal replacement you are supposed to be able to live off of, but I don't agree with many of the ingredients. So far it looks like this is exactly what I was looking for - especially if you combine this with Max Vibrance you will be set nutrient-wise I think. I would still eat fruits and veggies on the side.Personal warning: if you are on birth control with a dieuretic (such as yasmin) you need to drink a lot of water. My doctor never told me my birth control had a diuretic in it and I should've been drinking double the water I was. If anybody is on any daily medication with a diuretic I would highly advise you to talk to your doctor about proper water in take, especially if you drink anything other than water, such as tea or coffee or soda or orange juice. Only bother asking if you know you can trust their advice. If you don't, just find what's right for you. When in doubt, drink more water than normal if you consume this PLUS are on a diuretic. My mistrust in the medical system began when I passed out often due to birth control and no doctor ever realized it was because my severe dehydration was linked to the diuretic, they figured I just wasn't drinking any water which was false. Know your medication's effects on your system is the lesson I learned there. I just want to make sure nobody is passing out because they are unaware of the diuretic in their medication in the first place, and then combine it with a dehydrated food that requires enough water in the body to process. All in all, this is the cheapest way to get some serious quality foods into your diet daily with zero preparation. I've been recommending this to everybody I know because I really believe in it for so many Americans who have a difficult time getting enough nutrients into their diets and I want everyone to live a long and healthy life.

The product was great. Trying to get it through emailing owner, next to impossible!
I used TUM to get myself out of a health crisis. It was all I consumed when I had severe food sensitivities. I started using it 25 years ago and continued until 2016 when it was no longer available at my local health food store or Amazon. I really think it is an ultimate product. Here's the problem: It has become almost impossible to buy because you have to go directly to the owner of the company, and frankly, he is very weird. He insists that you read EVERY WORD of his website, all his product labels, and I forget what else. You must "do your homework", or he won't sell it to you. He wants you to use Outlook Express (I am a Mac user) and demands that you do all this from a desktop computer, not a smart phone. He says, "Smart phones create ignorant people." Can you believe this? I told him I am well familiar with the product ... took it for years, and he demanded to know why I stopped and accused me of trying to Take advantage" of the company. HUH? It WAS a little entertaining, but I just couldn't believe how this man, Sam Gerard, has wrecked his own company by becoming the exclusive distributor. I wanted two cans. That wasn't long enough. If you don't get on the product for LIFE, you are taking advantage of him. I think he has gone off the deep end. Too bad. It's frustrating that I can't just buy it like I used to. Maybe I don't want to just consume this exclusively if you get my drift. He wouldn't accept that. Sad ... so sad. Goodbye, Ultimate Meal.

Tough to take down
Follow the recommendation and add fruit to your shake, because even though I can consume just about anything without yakking, this is pretty gross. It's supposedly packed with all the goodness you'll need, but I'd rather stick with smoothies and juicing, than pay to choke this down again. It's like green garbage going down. Not so much the taste, just the consistency. But trust me, you'll want to add an apple and banana to make it the least bit palatable.

Not worth it, taste or quality
I'm not one to give reviews, negative or positive. For a product to warrant my time it has to be really good or really bad. This, unfortunately, falls under the really bad category.Taste, texture, smell, fullness, nutrition, staying power, all get bottom marks. I get longer lasting benefit from a glass of carnation instant breakfast than I do this stuff, and carnation doesn't make the whole room smell like rotten canned dog food. But I'll caveat all of that with the fact that I have two metabolic disorders that make my dietary demands very high. I easily burn through 6-8k calories a day and have trouble keeping weight on with a barrage of supplements and meal "replacements" that I use as snacks. This product tastes terrible (coming from someone who drinks spirulina shakes with wheat grass and no fruit to sweeten it up!), it smells worse, it's thin and runny once it's been mixed up into a shake, it has no sticking power to act as a meal replacement, gave me horrible bloating & indigestion, and did not boost my energy levels in the slightest if anything it took so much energy to digest this powder I was more lethargic and at a net energy loss for having drank it.To those individuals who found this product worked for them, I envy you.To individuals like myself with higher than normal protein demands I can only recommend you try USANA Dutch Chocolate Nutrimeal, and don't let the stick-shock deter you at 3$ a shake, it's the only meal replacement to date that works with my metabolism as a legitimate meal replacement.
