About the right length.

I spend to much money on my candle making hobby. This is a nice product that I feel it is worth spending money on. Yes, I could do it without this wick and make my own. However, it is the one shortcut I do allow myself. I like the easy way it is to center the wick when using these and they stay in place on the sticker. I paid full price for this product. I bought these to make homemade candles out of old wine bottles I have cut in half with a glass cutter. It's been one of those projects I've been meaning to do for almost a year now and haven't gotten around to it. I will say the candles all came intact and appear to be well constructed. I have little doubt they're perform well once I get around to making the candles.

These have worked well for my home-made soy candles. I can say that you need to make sure you consult sizing charts and recommendations before using them (my jars needed two wicks of this size, something I would have learned had I read a bit more). My only ding is that either due to shipping or manufacturing, each of the wicks in my bag were "broken" at the base where they attach to the metal bottom plate. By broken I mean that the wax layer holding the wick rigid was cracked and it was quite a bit more difficult to get the plate to sit flat on the bottom of the candle without the wick dangling one way or another. It's not a deal-breaker but complicates things a tad when getting your wicks to sit center and flat.

Perfect for my project

These work great for me. I’m using a soy wax with them and the burn is perfect. I’ve only used them for single wick, but I’m sure they will be fine with multi wick candles.

I love the wicks ! Came within two days and they seem to be holding up well in my candles. I have bought wicks from craft stores and they are not strong enough sometimes and rip apart but I like these and the price is amazing for the quantity. :)
