Great paddle!
I consider myself an intermediate player and use this paddle 3 times/week @ 3.5 hours per session. Have used it about 3 months. Gave it 5 stars for various reasons. A great quality paddle, the surface allows for better spin ability. Feels good on contract and I’ve gained better overall accuracy with my shots. This is the second Engage paddle I’ve owned. My first was an Encore model that I used for 9 months until it broke at the handle under normal use. I returned the broken paddle to Engage and encountered excellent customer service. They replaced the broken paddle with a new one at no charge which I carry in my bag as a backup paddle.

Great paddle but ask for it to be delivered in a box instead of a Amazon bag.
Instead of the EX i received the MX but was still happy with the paddle after the mix-up. The only thing i didn't like was that was delivered in an amazon bag and not a box which would have protected it incase anything heavy fell on it. I checked mine and i believe its ok.

Should have bought this one first
This paddle has been a game changer for me. I'm a tennis player and I've tried at least 5 different paddles, this one is far and away the best one I've played with. I need more control than power out of a paddle, and it allows me to play a game more similar to my tennis game, which has given me extra confidence to hit the shots I want to hit. Buy this one first if you're a tennis player looking for a paddle that will complement your tennis skills on the pickleball court.
