I changed all the grips on my golf clubs from regular grips to these CP2 medium size grips. Now I have a better grip because they are a bit thicker, giving me better control of the club and, as a result, lowering my handicap by approximately 5-8 shots. Recommended for golfers with a slow swing, hand problems, or carpal tunnel syndrome. Easy to install. The only thing I notice is that when the grip gets wet, whether from rain or sweat, it's a little slippery, but that can be solved by wiping it with a dry towel
