Equal Exchange Organic Baking Cocoa, 8-Ounce (Pack of 3)

The title basically says it all. This is the best hot chocolate mix I've ever used. It's dark chocolate, so I find the flavor a bit richer than a traditional milk chocolate mix, and a bit less sweet (although it's still definitely sweet). I make it on the stovetop in a saucepan, and as long as I wait until the milk is pretty warm to add it, the mix blends in pretty easily. I've also used a bit of this as a flavoring in a rice pudding, and it worked great in that, too. Just a lovely, rich, chocolate flavor. I can't recommend this enough!

Nice, deep cocoa flavour; not too acidic or fruity tasting, this makes a great mocha (it's good even without sweetener if you enjoy 100% chocolate).

My son suggested this product and since then I have ordered it 3 times - and will probably continue. It's a tasty rich dark chocolate that mixes well. I add a couple of tsp. to my coffee now that I have cut dairy out of my diet. I look forward to a cup most mornings unless I am having green tea!

Think I already said it but , wow is this good. I only used 2 tbs in a cup and think if you used 4 as it states, it would be way too sweet for you.

Perfect for every day cocoa. Don't need cream or anything else. Perfectly balanced.
