I give this to my son and take it myself. It had a pleasant flavor, leaves a mint taste in your mouth for a bit but it's nice, not to strong. We are pleased with your product so far.

Only buy D3 if it has K2, K2 transfers it to the bones.

The addition of the peppermint really makes this palatable. I add it to my other herbs and it goes down easily. Can't speak to the absorption factor, but it seems to work for me. I have bought it repeatedly as part of my daily herbal concoction!

I reported Sumbody due to comment on IU’s of this D3 K2 product. I’ve been using for a year believing I’m getting an adequate dose, now I’m confused. Perhaps I should switch to another brand that has 2500IU’s, problem is they don’t have K2 combined & I can’t find K2 in liquid form anywhere. I must have the most easily absorbed type of Vitamin or get monthly shot’s like I do with B12 & Iron. For some reason I can’t absorb those at all. I really want to continue taking this product it seemed to work somewhat, however I’m extremely hesitant because of one comment. Can anyone help me out?
