Maximuscle Promax Lean comes in the iconic 980g black tub which is 100% recyclable. This blend of protein powder is easily mixed. To give you a convenient protein shake that is ideally taken after your work-out. It can also be used throughout the day to increase your protein intake. There are 28 servings in each tub; taking two servings per day each tub will last two weeks. For one serving, mix one level scoop (35g) with 250-300ml of water in a Maximuscle shaker. Do not exceed two servings per day. When mixing Promax Lean , but please bear in mind that this will slow protein digestion, not to mention the added calories. You can make it as a shake, add it to food, cook with it. High Caffeine Content It is recommended that users do not exceed a daily intake of 400mg of caffeine from all sources.

Shaking all over
Quality is not cheap! Mixed in manual bottle shaker with tap water results are great. As for those who use blenders WHY! If you have not gotten the energy strength to manually physically shake a proper protein mix then this is Not for you. If you after a no fuss quality protein ie put a scoop worth into 250ml water and shake for ten-15 seconds and drink with no lumps and taste great then here you go. This is a quality protein mix all their protein powders are! Not cheap but neither are the ingredients that they use.

Sickly-sweet vanilla.
Protein itself is pretty cool, not thickened with thickeners, it blends quite easily. The only drawback is that due to the large amount of sweetener it is difficult to drink it and the aftertaste of sweet remains for a long time on the tongue.

Absolutely love this - superior quality and gorgeous flavour. Such a shame it’s expensive but you can’t skimp on good quality protein. Essential for snacks or post-workout. I also add some powder to my yoghurt in the morning it’s pretty versatile!

Quality control has massively changed.
Used Maxi-muscle cyclone years ago their product back then was one of the best.This product seal was intact, date was a year in advance. But there was a bad smell and separated in water. So I poured it out, sterilized the bottle and tried it. It caused a volatile toilet run. Confirmed that the product was compromised. I'll be going back to Optimum Nutrition.
