well made and perfect for general fitness, sturdy

A budget version of the original Bullworker, not the same quality but functional and does the same job. No manual or chart of exercises but stickers on the handles. Anyone who used the old Bullworker will be able to use this straight away. Worth 4 stars because of the good value pricing.

Very useful and still good

This Playbill exerciser is the same design as the earlier, more well known isometric exerciser but cheaper and dies much the same thing. I needed to do some "gentle" exercise to offset a dodgy heart and this has helped immensely in that aim. I also realised how strong I wasn't as the pressure needed to compress the tube is more than I could, initial manage. But after 10 days use at about 5 to 10 minutes in the morning, I do find that I'm getting stronger and feeling fitter. Recommended.

Maybe a surprising rating for a "plastic" exerciser, but this does as much as a basic bullworker and is more convenient to carry around. My last Power Bow was used daily for over a year before a cable broke - I think that's pretty good for a budget exerciser. Also, made in Taiwan !

Great, versatile piece of exercise equipment, at a considerably lower price than other brands including Bullworker.

Not as good as original ones I remember from the 70s. Bit plastic and flimsy at first but does the job. Overall happy but don’t think it’s worth £50. Work outs on bar itself
