Great customer service
Shortly after I installed the window regulators and motors in my Chevy C10 the motor on the passenger window stopped working. I contacted AutoBuffy to let them know it stopped working and they very quickly got a replacement sent over to me. They made the process very easy and truly have great customer service. window motor screws that bolt to regulator BENT/CAUSING OBSTRUCTION
after months of trying to figure out why window regulators were not working, closing up/down correctly, I removed entire piece, to find one of the screws holding the motor to the regulator, is obstructing the operation of the regulator ???????????????????????? causing it to bind. Had to remove both windows, gut both doors completely to remove these, finding the screws that were obviously??? missed during quality control. Lots of wasted time and work, and re/do's ... ridiculous! now the motors do not work correctly, because they are week from being strained/bound up from the screw rubbing on the window regulator.

Be careful
Screws loose on the motors. Tighten them before install. Stud broke off the drivers side on installation. Hope the other one holds up or it will be useless
